Workshop on Knowledge Management & Innovation

5-day integrated workshop on how to leverage knowledge, organisational learning and innovation. Participants will be equipped to apply the inter-related principles and practices of knowledge management (KM), organisational learning and innovation.

Why attend?

In a globalised competitive world, organisations are looking for ways to gain or maintain a competitive advantage in their environments. For this to happen they need to

  • establish ‘what they know’ and maximise the transfer of this knowledge throughout their organisation;
  • find ways of maintaining their competitive advantage and find new ways of gaining competitive advantage through innovation;
  • continuously learn through the exploitation of existing resources and capabilities and the exploration of new resources and capabilities to improve their performance.

A characteristic of the complex and rapidly changing work and economic environment that all organisations function in, is the need for quick decision making and effective management of their knowledge resources. Organisations clearly need competent and innovative knowledge workers who thrive in this environment.

What will you learn?

Participants will be equipped with an understanding of how knowledge management, organisational learning and innovation can best be integrated and applied to the benefit of their organisations.
